North Point Distillery distil their award-winning spirits using only the best, sustainable ingredients, using hand-selected whisky casks from local whisky distilleries to mature and finish their Rum. The community and local area are so important to them, and it’s actually what inspired their story - the heritage of Caithness and the story of the pilots (think adventures across the sea and inadvertently ending up in the Caribbean - it makes for an interesting read!)
Growing up in Caithness, they see the beauty of nature all around them and they want to preserve it however they can. That’s why they are so committed to sustainability and using recycled materials wherever possible. Read more about their sustainability measures here.
North Point Distillery is the home of North Point Pilot Rum, Crosskirk Bay Gin, and North Point Spiced Rum
